| The Art of Grief Workshop May 25, 2013 10:30 am - May 25, 2013 12:00 pm Location: Turchin Center Classroom 3200 Healing from our grief is not a process of forgetting. It is a process of remembering. Art making and sharing in a group setting allows individuals begin to understand their own difficulties and strengths as well as discover new possibilities to cope with loss. Participants will begin the healing process through expressive arts including clay work, journaling, collage and other expressive outlets. Participants are invited to share in a safe, supportive environment in hopes to discover the strength to rebuild. No artistic skills needed. More Info |
